Dan Macauley
President + CEO

Dan Macauley is the President and CEO of C-MAC Services, Inc. After holding leadership roles at large real estate and staffing companies, Dan founded C-MAC Services and has helped it grow into a leader in the construction and landscaping industries. He is responsible for the day-to-day company operations, sales, and oversees all construction and service projects.  

 
 
 

Matt Macauley
Vice President

Matt started with the C-MAC Services team when he was only 20 years old. Matt began in the landscape division of C-MAC Services as a laborer and worked his way up to landscape foreman in a very short time. With his persistent will to learn, Matt moved up again to Project Manager in 2020 and is now a part of the executive management team. Matt opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. He has experience in team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.

 
 
 

Brian Straughn
General Manager of Landscaping

Brian studied Turf Grass Management at The Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Throughout school he interned at both Hatherly Country Club and Cohasset Golf Club. Brian’s landscape career has progressed from landscape foreman, owner and operator of his own landscape company, to landscape maintenance manager, to General Manager of Landscaping here at C-MAC Services. Brian has strong customer service experience with both residential and commercial clients and brings along a high level of communication, leadership, and workmanship.
